Drink of the month: French 75 (December 2023)


  • 2 oz Gin

  • 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 3/4 oz Simple Syrup

  • 2 oz Sparkling Wine

  • 1 lemon twist for garnish


  1. Combine gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker

  2. Next, fill your shaker with ice, cover it, and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.

  3. Next strain your cocktail through a strainer directly into your champagne flute.

  4. Last, top with Champagne and garnish with a twist of lemon.
